Taylor Robinson joined The David and Lucile Packard Foundation in 2022 as the people partner on the Human Resources team. In her role, Taylor serves as a strategic partner for Foundation staff on HR programs, policies, and procedures.

Taylor brings more than 15 years of social sector experience to her work at the Foundation. Most recently, she served as the senior director of human resources at Uncommon Schools, a nonprofit charter school management organization in the Northeastern U.S. There, she led large-scale technical implementations, talent special projects, compensation reviews, and the HR team’s response to COVID-19.

Prior to her roles in HR and Talent, Taylor was the communications manager at Vera Solutions, served as a William J. Clinton Fellow for Service in India at the American India Foundation, directed programs for an education startup, and led Marketing & Communications for Grameen Foundation’s skilled volunteerism unit, Bankers without Borders.

Taylor holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from American University and a Master of Science in Comparative and International Education from the University of Oxford.
