Alice Kim is a grants manager responsible for managing grants under the Foundation’s Families and Communities goal. In this role she oversees the compliance and due diligence reviews of grant files, collaborates with staff across the Foundation to ensure best-in-class grantmaking, and contributes to the continuous improvement of grantmaking processes. Most recently, Alice was a program associate supporting grantmaking focused on children and families.

Before joining the Foundation, Alice was a senior program assistant at the Bernard and Anne Spitzer Charitable Trust. She has a Master of Public Administration from New York University and a Bachelor of Arts from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.

Outside of work, Alice is a Co-Lead for the San Francisco Bay Area chapter of Achilles International and volunteers as running guide for athletes with disabilities.
