Jennifer joined the Packard Foundation in 2017 as the Program Operations Manager for the Conservation and Science program. In 2018, she transitioned to Grantmaking Process Manager in Finance and Administration. In this role, Jen is responsible for ensuring the Foundation’s end-to-end grantmaking process is continually improved and optimized to meet the Foundation’s needs today and in the future.

Prior to joining the Foundation, she served for 15 years in numerous strategic business operations roles at technology companies in Silicon Valley, including eBay, VMware, and as most recently as Director of Services and Partner Operations at Hortonworks. Throughout her career, she has had the privilege to lead and deliver strategic programs, build global teams, and collaborate with cross-functional groups to deliver operational excellence and best-in-class customer service.

Jennifer enjoys volunteering at local non-profits like Loaves & Fishes and Village Harvest, and graduated from San Jose State with bachelor of science in Business and Management Information Systems.
