Linh is a grants officer supporting the Just Societies goal area. In this role, she oversees the grantmaking budgets for Just Societies while supporting Foundation-wide grants management initiatives. Linh manages and collaborates on special projects that drive toward improvement and best practices in our grants management processes. In addition, Linh serves as a key advisor on international compliance-related topics such as the Foundation’s watch list process and grants involving countries sanctioned by the Office of Foreign Assets Control. Before this role, Linh was a grants and compliance specialist.
Before the Packard Foundation, Linh was in grants management at the Silicon Valley Community Foundation, where she oversaw the due diligence and workflow of grant recommendations from donors and corporate-advised funds. Earlier in her career, she held a fellowship position at the East Bay Community Law Center, where she coordinated development efforts and managed evaluation reports for the Community Development Block Grant funds. Linh holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from the University of California, San Diego.
