About Dana Pe’er's Work

Our lab uses computational methods to integrate diverse high throughput molecular and genomic data to unravel a holistic systems-level view of the organization and function of regulatory networks. In particular, we study how genetic variation alters regulatory network function, subsequently phenotype in health and disease. This path has led us to explore how systems biology approaches can be used to personalize cancer care, by developing models that predict how individual tumors will respond to certain drug and drug combinations.
