The Ouagadougou Partnership Coordination Unit (OPCU)'s mission is to improve the lives of women and families in francophone West Africa with easy access to quality reproductive health services, a catalyst for sustainable development for all. The coordination Unit is hosted by Speak Up Africa, an African-led, Senegal-based organization dedicated to catalyzing leadership, enabling policy change, and increasing awareness for sustainable development in Africa.
