Native Americans in Philanthropy

Native Americans in Philanthropy is advancing Indigenous-led marine conservation through a new Oceans and Marine Stewardship initiative launched late in 2024, which includes a national landscape assessment to identify Tribal Nations engaged in ocean conservation, the development of a funder education campaign, and efforts to increase Tribal capacity for co-management, marine protected areas, and stewardship of culturally significant marine spaces.
