Nicole Wong is a program associate at The David and Lucile Packard Foundation. She supports grantmaking operations for the Foundation’s Global Climate initiative, with a focus on Indonesia grantmaking. Nicole joined the Foundation in 2023 as a program assistant where she supported various initiatives across the Foundation.

Prior to joining the Foundation, Nicole was a development assistant at the Big Sur Land Trust where she supported the grant application and reporting process in the field of conservation, restoration, and outdoor education. Nicole has a bachelor’s degree in environmental studies from the University of California, Santa Cruz. Her studies were concentrated on agroecology and sustainable agriculture, and she has a minor in global information and social enterprise studies.
