Katie Shragge is the director of grants management. In this role, she manages the Foundation’s Grants Management team, leads end-to-end grants processes, and facilitates continuous improvement and innovation in our practices.
Katie has worked in grants management and operations for over a decade for various Foundations, including the Mellon and Revson Foundations. She has a B.A. in Government and Hispanic Studies from Connecticut College and a graduate certificate in Strategic Management from the Harvard Extension School.
Katie volunteers as a mentor with PEAK Grantmaking and enjoys playing tennis, traveling with her family, and watching any and all cooking shows.
