Heather is the workplace services manager at The David and Lucile Packard Foundation. Heather is responsible for the day to day operations of the Foundation. Heather and her team of nine are responsible for an array of things from ensuring there’s always coffee available to planning major organizational events and ensuring our staff can travel to grantees effectively. Heather brings a wealth of operations and team management experience to this role. Prior to joining the Foundation in 2017, Heather was People Operations Manager at eShares, and an Operations Manager at Target. Heather served in Americorps for Shelter Network/InnVision (an organization supported by the Packard Foundation, which is now known as LifeMoves). Heather earned her bachelor’s degree in Sociology from Florida State University, and her master’s degree in International Studies from the University of San Francisco. She is also a certified Project Management Professional since 2022. In her spare time, Heather enjoys hiking and spending time with her husband and two daughters.
