Ananya Vajpeyi is a program research analyst at the David and Lucile Packard Foundation’s Global Reproductive Health initiative. She provides research, evaluation and grantmaking support to advance reproductive health access for women and girls in the South Asia region.  

Ananya brings experience in policy research and analysis, advocacy, strategic partnerships and program management with a focus on reproductive health, adolescent health and youth engagement, gender equity and climate adaptation. Prior to joining the Foundation, Ananya worked with organizations such as MSI Reproductive Choices and YP Foundation, supporting advocacy and management of reproductive health programs for women and girls in India. She has also consulted on issues such as climate adaptation and resilience, and behavioral health of adolescents with organizations such as NDC Partnership and California Health and Human Services Agency in the USA.  

Ananya has a master’s degree in public policy from the Goldman School of Public Policy at University of California, Berkeley.
