As Workplace Services Manager, Heather is responsible for the day to day operations of the David and Lucile Packard Foundation. Heather brings a wealth of operations and team management experience to this role. Prior to joining the Foundation in 2017, Heather was People Operations Manager at eShares, and an Operations Manager at Target. Heather has also worked for Shelter Network/InnVision (an organization supported by the Packard Foundation, which is now known as LifeMoves). Heather has a passion for international service; she has been an adventure guide to teens in the Dominican Republic, and taught art to and raised funds for orphans in Uganda. Heather earned her bachelor’s degree in Sociology from Florida State University, and her master’s degree in International Studies from the University of San Francisco.
