Nora Prentice is the compensation and benefits director for the Packard Foundation’s Human Resources team. She joined the Foundation in January 2015 as the benefits and operations manager. Nora has over over 25 years of experience working with companies to help design, implement, and administer their benefit programs. She holds a California Insurance License for both Life and Health. Nora most recently worked at Mercer for a decade managing a group of associates and workflow across several offices. Mercer is a large consulting company whose mission is to make a difference in the lives of more than 110 million people by advancing their health, wealth, and careers. Additionally, Nora led the best practices committee who set standards for services offered to clients.
Nora has volunteered at St. Mary’s hospital in San Francisco and Glide Memorial. She has a B.A. in Geography from the University of Colorado, motivated by her love of nature and the great outdoors.
