Juli Chamberlin

Juli is a program associate in the Conservation and Science Program, where she has supported the Mexico Marine and Marine Birds strategy teams since 2016. Juli especially enjoys applying her love and knowledge of data and process to her work with teams and in cross-Foundation efforts. Juli joined the Foundation in 2013, working with Climate and Land Use strategy team for three years. She also worked with the Chile Marine strategy team for two years, as it prepared to launch a formal strategy.

Before joining the Foundation, Juli worked as a research and communications assistant at Pesticide Action Network North America and Pesticide Research Institute, as a financial accountant at World of Good, and as a program associate and office manager at the Organic Farming Research Foundation. She holds bachelor’s degrees in Environmental Studies and Anthropology from the University of California, Santa Cruz.

When she’s not working, Juli can be found outside enjoying the amazing diversity of wildlife, binoculars in hand and logging all her bird sightings in a community science database.
