Jessica Mancini is a program officer at the David and Lucile Packard Foundation working to promote resilient and vibrant communities where people create enduring solutions and children and families thrive. Jessica has spent the last decade working at the intersection of community, environment, and nonprofit capacity strengthening.
Throughout her career, Jessica has been guided by her commitment to collaborating with others toward transformative outcomes for communities who have been historically under-resourced. This commitment has motivated her engagement and volunteerism in her community as well as her professional career. Her previous experience includes consulting for social enterprise, a stint as a teacher in the Peace Corps, working at an affordable housing developer, and working on the United Nations’ human development report. Throughout her career, community has always been her North Star.
Jessica holds a bachelor’s in science in civil engineering from Cornell University and an MBA from the Haas School of Business at the University of California at Berkeley. She is an active community volunteer and serves as a board member for local organizations focused on mental health and education.
In her free time, Jessica enjoys cycling and spending time with her family.
