Elizabeth (Liz) Warren is a program associate at the David and Lucile Packard Foundation. Her work supports the Foundation’s efforts at strengthening leaders, organizations, networks, and movements and thriving civic space. Prior to her time at the Packard Foundation, Liz worked as a consultant focused on instructional development, evaluation, and assessment for numerous government agencies. She then transitioned to the private sector and spent a decade analyzing and improving operational processes and systems before moving back to the nonprofit world as president of an organization focused on school aged children.
Liz graduated from Queen’s University in Kingston, Ontario in Canada with a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) degree in psychology and attended Johns Hopkins University for a Master of Science in organizational development.
Liz, who has resided in many places around the world, now lives in San Jose with her husband, two kids, and an assortment of rescued animals. She enjoys hiking, hitting the gym, curling up with a good book, binge watching shows on Netflix, traveling, and hanging out with family and friends.
