Engaging Family, Friend, and Neighbor Informal Caregivers

Harder+Company Community Research, in partnership with the Center for Evaluation Innovation, conducted an evaluation of four Family, Friend, and Neighbor (FFN) informal care projects working to reach, engage, and support FFN and other informal caregivers in community locations, public libraries, public housing, or through text messaging. This evaluation brief summarizes key lessons learned about strategies and practices to effectively connect with FFN and other informal caregivers.

We hope the findings from the four projects can serve as a resource for other stakeholders and funders interested in supporting FFN and other informal caregivers and the children in their care.
