Mary Anne Rodgers has been with The David and Lucile Packard Foundation since 2000. She is currently general counsel, responsible for overseeing the Foundation’s general legal work including grantmaking compliance. In addition, she manages the Foundation’s Program-Related Investment portfolio, which consists of investments in every program area and is currently valued at $125 million.

Prior to joining the Foundation, Ms. Rodgers was a partner in the law firm of Bergeson and Eliopolous, specializing in business and commercial litigation. Ms. Rodgers received her undergraduate degree from the University of California at San Diego, and her Juris Doctorate from the University of California at Los Angeles. She is admitted to practice in California and New York.

Mary Anne enjoys traveling, cooking, and fly fishing.
