Elaine is an Operations Coordinator for the Just Societies team, where she provides administrative, logistical, and operational support to the U.S. Racial Justice, Democracy, Rights, and Governance, and Civil Society and Leadership initiatives.
Prior to joining the Foundation, Elaine worked at a Paris-based INGO, where she supported digital upskilling opportunities for underserved populations, including refugees, recent migrants, women, and unemployed youth. As a member of the international team, Elaine developed funding proposals, expanded global partnerships, and managed monthly communications for projects in Malawi, Kenya, and Jordan.
Elaine has a master’s degree in International Affairs from the Johns Hopkins School of Advanced International Studies (SAIS) and a bachelor’s degree in Cognitive Science and Writing Seminars from Johns Hopkins University.
