One System: Reforming Education to Serve ALL Students

The California Statewide Special Education Task Force was formed in 2013 by a group of representative stakeholders charged with studying why students with disabilities were realizing poor school and postsecondary outcomes, identify the barriers to better performance, and make recommendations for how to change the state’s system of schooling so it would better serve all students.
