This week, the Packard Foundation released its Review of Funding Data for the 2013 year. This product is a re-designed version of a compilation of data that the Foundation puts together annually to provide additional information regarding our grantmaking, which was posted on the Foundation’s website for the first time last year. In this year’s report, on the occasion of the Packard Foundation’s 50th anniversary year, this re-designed report includes 50-year compilations of the data, including the overall total of the Foundation’s grantmaking: $7.2 billion in grants since 1964.
As with other efforts the Foundation supports, the Review of Funding Data is one way the Foundation seeks to learn from our work and share what we’ve learned with others.
