The David and Lucile Packard Foundation announced today that Lisa Clark has joined the Foundation as its Director of Human Resources. In this role, she will serve as a member of the Foundation’s executive leadership team, focused on talent management and employee engagement. She will oversee the design, execution, and service in all human resources functions, including recruitment and staffing, compensation, benefits, payroll, employee relations, and performance management.

Larson, Foundation President and CEO. “She brings wide-ranging experience from human resources to leadership development to change management. These skills will serve the Foundation as we seek the best talent and performance to achieve our strategic goals.”
Clark comes to the Foundation from more than a 25-year career at Hewlett-Packard and Agilent Technologies. She began her career in finance and progressed to roles leading high visibility, cross functional projects that required program management expertise. Her most recent role was as a Business Human Resources Director for Agilent’s Order Fulfillment and Supply Chain organization, where she provided consultative decision support and coaching to build a high performance workforce.

Clark has a long-standing commitment to community service. She has worked with several non-profit agencies focused on children’s issues and served on the Board of InnVision Homeless Shelter. She is a former CASA, volunteering in Arizona and San Mateo, and is currently Vice Chair of Child Advocates of Silicon Valley. Clark has a B.S. in Accounting from California State University, Hayward.
