Tram Doan, CFA is the Mission Investing Associate at the David and Lucile Packard Foundation. Prior to joining the Foundation in 2016, Tram was an Investment Actuarial Analyst at the City of San Jose. She was a crucial member of the investment team that oversaw the City’s $5B pensions. Previously, Tram was a Portfolio Analyst with Alan Biller & Associates and she started her career in the investment management industry with Callan Associates as a Performance Analyst. Tram received a B.A. in Economics from the University of California, Los Angeles. She has earned the right to use the Chartered Financial Analyst designation and is a member of the CFA Institute and the CFA Society of San Francisco.
