Mimi is a program associate at the David and Lucile Packard Foundation, in the Children, Families, and Communities program. She works across multiple subprograms, including California early learning policy, children’s health, early childhood nutrition, and paid family leave. She originally joined the Foundation in 2017 as a program assistant with the Organizational Effectiveness team. Prior to joining the Packard Foundation, Mimi worked at Tides, a San Francisco nonprofit working toward accelerating social change through fiscal sponsorship. She received a B.A. from the University of California, Davis and a M.A. in International Studies from the University of San Francisco.
