Lori joined the Foundation in 2012 as the Director of Human Resources. She has 30 years of Human Resource experience, working in leadership roles within the technology industry and as a coach to executive teams facing tough challenges, sweeping changes and the need to strengthen leadership capabilities. Lori was Vice President of Leadership and Talent for Agilent Technologies. In this role she led company-wide CEO-driven initiatives in Leadership Supply, Succession Planning, Executive Assessment, Leadership Development, Organization Effectiveness and Talent acquisition. While at Hewlett Packard, Lori held a variety of HR roles, including Vice President of Human Resources for the Technology Solutions Group, a $30B business with 85,000 employees. Her global team was responsible for attracting, developing, and retaining the talent required to drive industry-leading customer experiences and business results. She provided leadership and guidance to company- wide HR strategies as a member of the Executive HR Council. Most recently, Lori consulted for-profit and nonprofit organizations, including an assignment leading change for the first pilot of Encore Fellows, a program of Civic Ventures. She holds B.S. and M.S. degrees from California State University, East Bay and currently serves as Board Vice Chair of Project HIRED.
