Jamie Briscoe is a program associate for the Conservation and Science’s Ocean subprogram, focusing on the Indonesia Marine strategy. She supports grants management and relationship building with partners across Indonesia. Jamie graduated from University of Colorado Boulder with a Bachelor of Science degree in International Affairs with a concentration in Latin America. As part of her studies, Jamie spent the Spring of 2018 in Ecuador studying indigenous concepts of sustainability as it intersects with biological diversity, culture, and education. Prior to joining the Packard Foundation, Jamie worked with Global Greengrants Fund as a development assistant and outreach coordinator for the Funder Learning Community for Women and the Environment. Most recently, she worked for a youth mentoring organization in Colorado as a grant writer and data manager.
