Ilhama joined the Packard Foundation as the Accounting Controller in May 2020. As part of the Accounting and Finance team, she is responsible for month-end closings, external filings, and annual financial audit. She brings over fifteen years of experience in finance and accounting and has served at both for-profit and nonprofit organizations, domestic and international companies. Most recently, Ilhama worked as an accounting advisory manager at a large public accounting firm where she provided system implementation and outsourced accounting services to a wide range of clients.
Ilhama holds a CPA license in California and earned her B.A. in economics from State Economic University of Azerbaijan and an M.B.A from Drexel University.
