Ilhama joined the Packard Foundation as the Assistant Controller in May 2020. As part of the Controller’s Office team, she is responsible for month-end closings, external filings, and annual financial audit. She brings over fifteen years of experience in finance and accounting and has served at both for-profit and nonprofit organizations, domestic and international companies. Most recently, Ilhama worked as an accounting advisory manager at a large public accounting firm where she provided system implementation and outsourced accounting services to a wide range of clients. Ilhama holds an active CPA license in California and earned her bachelor’s degree in economics from State Economic University of Azerbaijan and an MBA from Drexel University.
