Eric Singleton is a program associate for the Conservation and Science’s Climate subprogram, focusing on the Bioenergy and Palm Oil strategies. He supports grants management and relationship building with partners across North America, Europe, and Asia.

Prior to joining the Foundation, Eric was a program associate at a private family foundation focused on reproductive health grantmaking, working with partners across Western Africa and South Asia. While completing his undergraduate studies, Eric was a Grants & Programs Fellow at the Coastal Community Foundation of South Carolina (CCF). He compiled and analyzed regional data from a series of community focus groups to inform CCF’s Civic Engagement Agenda.

Eric holds a B.S. in Psychology and a B.A. in Global Studies from the College of Charleston. In 2020, Eric was an inaugural member of the Huespring Scholars cohort, a leadership development program tailored to LGBTQ+ early career professionals.
