Eglé is the senior advisor for the Chile Marine Strategy since 2020. In this role she works closely with the Foundation and its grantee partners to assess opportunities that inform the Strategy’s grant development and to integrate grantmaking best practices. She also interacts and partners with donors and key actors supporting and conducting conservation efforts in Chile. Eglé has over 10 years experience in the design and facilitation of collective impact initiatives, with relevant work in marine conservation and fisheries sustainability. She is moved by enabling collaborative spaces to advance conservation with systemic lenses, critical thinking and cultural pertinence. She enjoys playing backgammon, taking long walks in the forest and propagating native plants.
