Eglé Flores

Country Advisor

Eglé is the Senior Advisor for the Packard Foundation’s Chile and Mexico Marine Strategies. In this role she coordinates the implementation of both strategies by working closely with the Foundation and its grantee partners to assess opportunities that inform the strategies’ grant development and contribute to integrate grantmaking best practices. She also interacts and partners with donors and key actors supporting and conducting conservation efforts in Chile and Mexico. Eglé has over 10 years experience in the design and facilitation of collective impact initiatives, with relevant work in marine conservation and fisheries sustainability. She is moved by enabling collaborative spaces to advance conservation with systemic lenses, critical thinking and cultural pertinence. She enjoys playing backgammon, taking long walks in the forest and propagating native plants.
